The first session is mostly about getting to know you — what brought you in, what you’re hoping for, and any questions you have. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We move at your pace and build a plan together.

We’re in-network with select plans and offer superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients choose private pay for the added privacy and flexibility. I’m happy to help you understand your options before we start.

Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth to anyone located in Utah, as well as in-person sessions. Many clients mix both depending on their week.

Most clients begin weekly, which helps build momentum. As you progress, we may move to every other week. The cadence is always a shared decision based on what’s working for you.

Yes. What you share stays private, protected by law and professional ethics. The only exceptions are narrow legal limits around safety, which I’ll walk you through clearly in our first session.
